We start our service with a personal briefing session by teleconference. It can last up to 45 minutes. We also ask that you forward anything that you have about yourself, including current and sometimes former resumes. |

We also need you to complete a marketability profile. This is an online analytical device that you can complete in checklist form. The focus is on surfacing all of your transferable skills. It gives us an overview of how your marketability compares to others at your income level. |

We ask you to complete our career history and marketability profile, a remarkable document you can complete online. It surfaces all of your assets, and gives us a moving picture of all of your career experiences. After we have thoroughly reviewed everything... we will teleconference with you to resolve any last minute questions. |

Once one of our senior staff members has drafted your materials, everything is analyzed by our creative review board. Various reactions and ideas are surfaced and materials are finalized for presentation to you. |
