Using superior marketing letters ... instead of resumes, can often generate far more calls for interviews. Why is this so? Because they give you the latitude to propose what you wish. A letter can open with a remark about the employer, calling attention to an opportunity or problem they need to address. It enables you to select what you wish to say in a brief, interesting way, and show how you can help the employer.

Cover letters. Some of these letters are intended as cover letters. As a rule, these need to be interesting and brief.
Letter resumes. In some situations, we make use of letter resumes. These are stand-alone 1 or 2 page letters. We use them when we want to create a tailored description and avoid revealing any information that might cause them to be ruled out.
